All relay boxes are firstly impedance tested, where the ohmic value of the resistance between the contacts is controlled according to the wiring diagram. After this operation are the circuits of the cabinet are tested under load. We testing all electrical power elements under the load. Only then are the boxes disassembled. Realized is cleaning of boxes and connectors, replacement of rubber seals, new coating and final assembly.

The box test is then performed again. Boxes that do not pass the measurement, are mechanically or electrically damaged are excluded from the
overhaul/refurbishing process. At the end of the process, a certificate is issued stating the measured parameters. Upon request, it is possible to demonstrate the measurement to the customer on a sample personally or via video records.

We are able to check and test the electrical circuits of most optical devices. We also test night vision devices in a dark-room.
